We are the only property in the Auburn market with a designated rideshare waiting area. Your student can wait for their Lyft or Uber, regardless of the weather, in the comfort of our clubhouse.

With over 21,000 square-feet of amenity space which includes a two-story fitness center, cyber café, coffee bar with Starbucks Cafe Machine, and resort-style swimming pool, we have everything your student needs to achieve the perfect work-life balance.

24/7 On-Call Staff:
Night or day, our on-site management and maintenance team is ready and available to address any needs that may arise.

Fully Furnished Luxury Apartments:
Have fun decorating your student’s apartment and leave the worry of moving to us! Our apartments come fully furnished with everything your student needs to live comfortably.

Our bedrooms feature a full XL bed with headboard and mattress, two stackable dresser drawers, night stand, desk and chair. Our living spaces also come fully equipped with a full size couch, sofa chair, end tables, coffee table, bar stools, kitchen table and chairs (in select units only) entertainment stand and a 55" TV.

Each apartment also has all of the top-tier finishes that you and your student will love, including hardwood style-flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer.

Individual Leases:
With individual leases, you are only responsible for your student's rent. Our on-site team is readily available to help answer any questions you may have about upcoming payments.
 
Roommate Matching Available:
We know moving into an apartment is an exciting time and we don’t want the stress of finding a roommate to interfere! Our curated roommate matching program allows students to fill out a resident profile so that they can be matched with their new best friend. 

Student First Success Program
Our student first success program was designed to provide learning and development opportunities throughout the year. From professional headshots in the clubhouse, to resume building activities, to social networking events and guest speakers, we have everything your student needs to continue their education outside of the classroom.
